1.0 Build 04:

• MCC Configuration window: Added the option to configure “Blink-Blanking” settings (= the ability to turn off one headlight when a turn signal is activated).
  This extra feature only works with MCCdec firmware 3.2 or later

• Closing the Car Control Window now removes the decoder from the send buffer
• Bug fix: MCC decoder address programmed incorrect address if > 127
