Overview of changes
RM-x 1.41B
- Bugfix OC32 eXtended Addressing: OC32 eXtended Address messages not always sent correctly to OC32
RM-x 1.41A
- Bugfix Dual Channel: Second channel does not become active in Rel 1.41
RM-x 1.41
- Support for OC32 eXtended Addressing
With this firmware, OC32s can be controlled in eXtended Addressing Mode.
This means you can connect up to 48 OC32 modules per bus. For a single channel system, that’s 48 OC32 modules; for a dual channel system, it’s a maximum of 96.
- The OC32s have eXtended Addresses 0..47 per bus. For the second bus (Channel 0), the RM-x adds 48 to this.
- The RM-x works in OC32 Basic Addressing Mode OR in OC32 eXtended Addressing Mode
- The OC32 Addressing Mode can be selected via configuration. You will need the new DinamoNewConfig software for this. The new setting only becomes active after rebooting the RM-x, so only a “Permanent” setting is useful.
- The RM-x uses OC32 channel 0 for eXtended addressing. This cannot be adjusted.
- If the RM-x is operating in OC32 eXtended Addressing Mode, messages in OC32 Basic Addressing Format for OC32s 0..15 are converted by the RM-x into eXtended Addressing Format.
- If the RM-x is operating in OC32 eXtended Addressing Mode and the OM32 Native Addressing option is NOT activated, messages in OM32 Addressing Format for OM32s 0..15 are converted by the RM-x into eXtended Addressing Format.
