These signals are also offered<br\/>under the name &#8220;multiplex technology&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n<p>The maximum of 12 LEDs in the signal are connected according to a matrix and the whole unit<br\/>is controlled with 4 wires. This technique is especially interesting for signals that<br\/>have many LEDs, such as the well-known German exit signal with distant signal (10 LEDs).<br\/>To be able to control these signals, an OC32-ADM\/CPX<br\/>module has been developed for the OC32\/NG. This module occupies 8 connections on the OC32 and controls<br\/>a maximum of 2 Charlieplex signals.  <br\/><br\/>The OC32-ADM\/CPX is supplied including a CPX-CM connection module. You<br\/>connect the connection module to the OC32\/NG using 8 wires, and you can connect 2 signals to the<br\/>connection module that are equipped with a 4-pin square<br\/>plug, such as those used by Viessmann\u00ae, among others. <\/p>\n\n<p>CPX-CM is also available separately in case you want to connect two signals<br\/>that are too far apart to plug them together into one connection module.<br\/>The ADM\/CPX has an extensive set of functions with which signals<br\/>can be controlled realistically, with a lifelike transition<br\/>between signal aspects and with or without fading in and out. Especially for e.g. the Ks<br\/>signals, the module also features flashing functions. The speed of fading in and out,<br\/>the pace of transition between signal aspects and flashing frequencies are adjustable.<br\/>The exact introduction date is not yet final, but the OC32-ADM\/CPX<br\/>and CPX-CM are expected to be available from early April 2026. The DTRv2 is controlled via a CAN connection.<br\/>The DTRv2 also has a parallel version, where the control takes place from<br\/>for example an OC32 module. You then use this DTRv2\/PAR, for example, to<br\/>provide multiple tracks of a staging yard with track voltage from just one<br\/>block output of a TM44, without having to connect a<br\/>tangle of wires.  <\/p>\n\n<p>DTRv2\/PAR is now being replaced by the DPS1X8. It is actually the same module,<br\/>with the same handy connection options, but more compact and cheaper to<br\/>produce. DPS1X8 stands for &#8220;Double Pole Selection of 1 out of 8&#8221;.<br\/>Due to the more economical production, the DPS1X8 also gets a lower retail price than<br\/>the DTRv2\/PAR, but that&#8217;s not all: We are also going to supply this module in the<br\/>form of a kit. This kit consists of a PCB already pre-assembled with SMD<br\/>components and loose Through-Hole components that the customer can<br\/>solder on themselves. You can think of powering<br\/>routes by means of relays in a Dinamo system, frog polarization of<br\/>turnouts and crossings, etc. DPCO stands for &#8220;Double Pole Change Over&#8221;.<br\/>The DPCO comes in two versions: a version<br\/>DPCO4\/05 where the relay control is powered with 7..15V and a<br\/>version DPCO4\/12 for 13..24V.   <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>In consultation with DinamoBesturing, we have decided to also start supplying these modules<br\/>in the form of a kit. This kit consists of a PCB already pre-assembled with<br\/>SMD components and loose Through-Hole components that the<br\/>customer can solder on themselves.
